How do I manually update my copy of MapifyPro?

MapifyPro uses an API key system that *should* allow you to update in your wp-admin just like any other plugin. However sometimes there comes a case where you need to update manually. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Download the latest copy of MapifyPro from your account area.

2. Delete your current version of MapifyPro in the Plugins panel. DON'T WORRY. All map settings and locations will remain intact.

3. Upload the latest version of MapifyPro in the plugins section as you did with your original copy.  Activate as you would any other plugin.

That's it! You're all set and have successfully updated your copy of MapifyPro.

    Followed instructions as listed above but see no activation in settings 

    Re-enter your API key and email in the settings  > MapifyPro License activation page as you did with your original copy. <<< This part can not be done.

    I have written to you guys for customer support about 6 days ago and still have not had a reply. I would like to hear back from SOMEONE, I understand your busy with this new update but customers should matter.

    All of these items are resolved in the latest update, which removes API activation.

     This is the updated version that is installed.

    Again, the update DOES NOT NEED API ACTIVATION anymore. That is the point of the update. It is not there because you no longer need to activate the software.

    5. Activate the new plugin.

    6. Re-enter your api key and email in the settings  > MapifyPro License activation page as you did with your original copy.

    That's it! You're all set and have successfully updated your copy of MapifyPro.

    so where in fact do you find the following:

    The latest software to download and manually install. When I log into my account area under downloads it says No downloads available yet.? so where is the download link exactly?

     

    Also where exactly is this activation key? I never got one nor is one shown in my account page..??
